For Bannershop to deliver its vision our customer service commitment is a must for excellence in helpful advice. Bannershop's commitment to dedicated customer service includes the following promises:

Bannershop's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) is in place throughout the company from customer service and pre-press to production and administration. If our customers have any feedback on areas in which we could improve further we would be very happy to receive it at marketing@bannershop.com.au

We offer a full range of services to our customers including:

  1. BDesign is our Graphic Design Service which is both fast and reliable. Our graphic designers are trained and knowledgable and can help you with the most suitable design for the solution you require.
  2. Our helpful Prepress Service prepares your artwork for production delivering a proof for you to approve before production. We also offer a colour matching service for PMSc colours.
  3. Our Printing Service delivers excellent quality every time in good turn around times. We have a large range of printing machines and services - please ask our helpful sales team for advice on which material and printing is most suitable for your needs.
  4. Bannershop is able to offer you our Distribution Service Australia wide to any number of destinations - just ask for a distribution quote. Alternatively we can organise for you to collect your products from our production hub in Lidcombe, Sydney.

Fees and Charges

Please note that apart from when specific artwork handling charges are noted for a product a small artwork handling fee of $5.50 is attached to all individual artworks. Additionally a basic packaging fee of $3.30 is charged for most orders unless specific packaging requirements are requested or for large orders. Cancellation fees will also be charged once a job is approved. If you require a job produced urgently then urgent fees will be charged; your account manager will inform you at the time of order the cost of the urgent fee.
